Thick and rich cooked grape must aged to perfection. Nothing more, nothing less. Great complement with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dipping bread, drizzling over Caprese, or using as a glaze. Our dark balsamic reductions come from Modena, Italy. Cooked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must is gently aged in oak casks to reach a perfectly tempting flavor and consistency. Naturally sweet and sour with no added sugars, thickly rich with dark brown color.
