Our dark balsamic reductions come from Modena, Italy. Cooked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must is gently aged in oak casks to reach a perfectly tempting flavor and consistency. Naturally sweet and sour with no added sugars, thickly rich with dark brown color.
