Dark brown in color with medium density, this balsamic vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy, with organic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes. A beautiful balance of cooked or aged grape must and wine vinegar with no added colors, thickeners or preservatives. The taste is vibrant and syrupy with a sweet-sour lingering on the palate. Acidity 6%.
Use diversely with meats, in salads, to enrich marinades, drizzle over fresh mozzarella or bruschetta, in pasta recipes, or tossed with fresh berries over fresh cream.
